The assignment

For Collins Place in Cairo, Georgia, Clanton Media created photography and video for the venue’s launch. The project combined promotional film, staff headshots and grand-opening coverage so the client would have a connected collection for its website, marketing and event communication.

What we made

The venue film leads because it brings the property into motion. The photographs support it with exterior views, guests, reception space and a chapel moment. Each image gives the venue team a different way to introduce the setting, the people behind it and the type of experience it can offer.

Project perspective

Collins Place is a South Georgia venue built around a family farm and a legacy of gatherings. Its public site identifies distinct settings across the property, including the White Chapel, Farmhouse, Mills Event Barn and Fireplace Pavilion.

That variety called for a visual launch collection with range and consistency. The film and supporting photographs are designed to give couples and planners a sense of the property without flattening it into one view. Wide scenes establish the venue, while closer compositions leave room for the details that make each setting feel usable and personal.

Venue imagery has to work before a visitor ever arrives. A clear visual library can help someone understand the scale, character and flow of a property, then make a more informed decision about reaching out.

Why it matters

A new venue has to give couples and planners confidence before they visit in person. A coordinated launch collection makes that first impression clearer. It shows the property honestly, gives the team a variety of usable content and keeps a website or social channel from looking repetitive.
