A full day of conversations

On October 6, 2026, we joined Homepros at the Swan and Dolphin in Orlando to film seven interviews with leaders from across the home services industry. Homepros editor Alec Stevanovski led the conversations, and we handled the filming and editing. The finished collection includes seven full interviews, 21 captioned vertical clips and matching thumbnails.

Homepros covers the business of HVAC, plumbing and roofing. Its readers include contractors, business owners and the people supplying equipment, services and technology to those industries. These interviews gave that audience a chance to hear directly from leaders working through questions about training, growth, customer service and technology.

Seven guests, different perspectives

The series features RJ Magee of Redwood Services, Mike Rudolf of Sila Services, Dennis Elliott of Vertex Service Partners, Charley Boyce of Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric, Abhishek Mathur of ServiceTitan, Michael Sullivan of Peterman Brothers and Frank DiMarco of Champions Group.

Each interview has its own focus. RJ talks about operating fundamentals and coaching. Mike explains how callbacks can point to a training need. Dennis discusses expanding through acquisitions and new locations, while Charley shares how Paschal approaches technology alongside the people and processes that run the business.

The other conversations explore how AI could change the way homeowners find contractors, the financial decisions behind expansion, and the relationship between employee experience and business performance. There is a lot of ground covered, but the format stays consistent so viewers can move from one conversation to another.

Published by Homepros

Homepros has now published the seven conversations from ServiceTitan's Pantheon conference. Its October 28 roundup brings together the full interviews, with discussions of leadership, business growth, technology and the decisions facing home service companies. It is good to see the finished series in the publication it was made for, with each guest's perspective given room.

Letting the interviews do the work

The direction for the full interviews was simple: keep the presentation clean and give the speakers room. We used a horizontal format, straightforward openings and endings, and name graphics that introduce each person before moving out of the way. The interviews do not need a long introduction or music competing with the conversation.

That approach also shaped the editing. Camera changes need to follow the exchange naturally, and a longer answer needs enough room for the point to develop. We worked through the series with Homepros, refining the edits and keeping the treatment consistent across all seven guests.

More ways to use the same production day

Alongside the seven full interviews, we edited three shorter clips from each conversation. Homepros selected the subjects it wanted to highlight, and we built those selections into 21 captioned videos. The full interviews remain the main record of the conversations; the shorter edits give individual ideas their own space.

That takes a little more care than cutting an answer at an arbitrary point. Each clip needs a clear beginning, enough context to follow the discussion and an ending that finishes the thought. We worked through the selections with Homepros so the shorter videos could stand on their own without changing what a guest meant.

We also supplied matching thumbnails for all seven interviews. A consistent set helps viewers recognize the series while still making it easy to find the person they want to hear from. The result is a complete interview collection, with the full conversations, shorter selections and presentation images ready to work together.

Interview production with a clear purpose

Homepros brought the questions and the industry knowledge. Our job was to capture those conversations clearly and carry the same care through the edits. The finished collection gives the team seven complete interviews, 21 captioned clips and a matching set of thumbnails, all drawn from the same production day.

Watch the interviews on this page, or explore our Podcasts & Interviews service for more examples. If you have an interview series, business conversation or event you would like to capture, we would be glad to talk through it with you.
