Some events give you one chance to capture the moment. A speaker steps up, a guest greets a worker, and the crowd responds. Our job is to come away with a useful record of the day while fitting into the team already running it.
For Sims Crane & Equipment in Tampa, we worked through Judge PR on event photography and video, including events with Senator Rick Scott in 2024 and Ashley Moody in August 2025. The work brought together the speeches, the people and the scale of the equipment yard.
Rick Scott: the recap and the complete moment
The Rick Scott delivery included edited photographs, finished videos and the full press conference. Those are different needs: a short recap introduces the event quickly, while a complete recording preserves the remarks for people who need more than a highlight.
The conversations around the formal program matter, too. Photographs of guests arriving and meeting the team help show the people behind the event, alongside the speaker coverage.
Ashley Moody: planning the ground and aerial coverage
For the August 2025 event, coordination with Judge PR and the Sims team included planning the drone coverage before the day. A working equipment yard needs a considered approach. The aerial view establishes the setting; the cameras on the ground tell the story through speakers and attendees.
