Sims Crane: event coverage across two important gatherings

The assignment
Clanton Media worked through Judge Public Relations to provide event photography, video and aerial coverage for separate Sims Crane gatherings featuring Ashley Moody and Senator Rick Scott. Each event had its own schedule and key moments, but both needed a polished visual record of the people, setting and program.

What we made
The Ashley Moody event film leads this story. The Rick Scott film is presented as its own related event, not as part of one combined program. Speaker images, guest interaction and the aerial view of the equipment yard give the communications team distinct visual options across both assignments.
Project perspective
Sims Crane has served Florida and Georgia with crane rental, specialized rigging, machinery moving and lift-planning services. That operational background provides useful context for the two important gatherings covered in this project, where the event experience had to feel polished while still connected to a working industry.
The coverage approach prioritized people first: arrivals, conversations, key moments and the atmosphere around each event. A strong event gallery does not need to explain every agenda item to make its point. It should make the scale and character of the gathering easy to understand at a glance.
For companies with complex work, event coverage can carry an important part of the brand story. It shows the people behind the operation and gives future clients, partners and team members a more human view of the business.
Why it matters
Useful event coverage gives a team more than a record of who spoke. It provides material for a recap, website, future invitation or press update. Planning for speaker moments, guest interaction, company context and a broad aerial view makes the finished collection more useful than one angle alone.
